CData Virtuality Authentication Management Component Options

These options are used to load SSO users and roles.

To allow the CData Virtuality Server to read users/roles from the CData Virtuality Authentication Management Component, the "view-users (realm-management)" and "view-realm (realm-management)" roles must be given to the corresponding client on the server.

CData Virtuality Authentication Management Component options are available since v4.2

Authentication Management Component configuration URL value, instead of the Authentication Management Component manager URL value must be used in DV_AUTH_SERVER_URL since v4.11
